For Domestic Orders Only
We value you as our loyal customers and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase at all, you may return it for refund or exchange within 30 days since date of receipt. The products that you are returning must be in its original condition without any sign of wear, damage or alteration or otherwise we will not accept such return. Final Sale and Special Order items are not returnable. Exchanges are only for same style of items. If you are interested in exchanging for a different style, we will issue a credit for your returned items and place a new order for the replacement. Please call 702-220-4975 or email email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number to process a return or exchange.

ENCLOSE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP
All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Please make sure to pack your merchandise securely and enclose the packing slip along with the return form.

We highly suggest that your return is mailed with Delivery Confirmation/ tracking or insurance for your security.
RETURNS ARE INSPECTED AND PROCESSED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS
Returns will be inspected and processed by our return department within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged/ lost during return shipping therefore proper packaging and insurance are recommended. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. We will not accept returns if they arrived in any condition other than the original and/or if they are past our 30-day return period. We will send them back to you and if you reject that return shipment, Bling Jewelry reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.
CREDIT ISSUED FOR PURCHASED ITEMS ONLY
Shipping fee is non refundable. If your purchase entitled you to a free gift or free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the thresholds for that offer OR if you do not keep any of your purchase, we will deduct your credit for the regular price of the free gift and/or shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping to send merchandise back to us.
NOTE: ALL ENGRAVED JEWELRY AND/OR EMBROIDERED ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS
International Orders are not returnable or exchangeable.

ID You & Co. is responsible for distributing the donations and has strict guidelines on their charities and who they represent. All distributions will be made on a quarterly basis to the designated Charities that ID You & Co. has chosen. Charities are subject to change at any time, without written notice. All charities must be a 501C non profit organization.
