I am not heavy but as I have gotten older, my weight has gradually become an issue for me. In my teens, and early twenties I was about 99lbs. People used to call me a string bean. But at 52, 5'2" and the scale tipping towards 140lbs, I have to do something before this really gets out of hand. Working all the time has left me no time to exercise and my metabolism is so low that even my apple watch shows me that I am not getting enough exercise. So, I have decided to try harder, hoping this time...
