TRYING TO LOSE 10 LBS. IS SO HARD!

I am not heavy but as I have gotten older, my weight has gradually become an issue for me.  In my teens, and early twenties I was about 99lbs. People used to call me a string bean.  But at 52, 5'2" and the scale tipping towards 140lbs, I have to do something before this really gets out of hand.  Working all the time has left me no time to exercise and my metabolism is so low that even my apple watch shows me that I am not getting enough exercise.  So, I have decided to try harder, hoping this time I can really do it.  I'm hoping to get myself on the elliptical for at least 20 to 30 minutes a day.  Yesterday was my first day, and after 2 minutes I thought I was going to die.  But I talked myself into staying on for 20 minutes.  That was the first day, I am hoping that I can keep it up and try not to eat too much.  I will keep you posted on my progress.
